Hey everyone, happy New Years! Just wanted to celebrate 2013 and wish everyone a great new year! I’m staying up until midnight to watch the ball drop, but anyway, I hope you have a good time. What was your best memory of 2012? Mine is going to New Jersey in the summer. Anyway, have a good start to the year!

Skrillex

Posted: December 10, 2012 in Uncategorized

Welcome your faces back to dunzkapp.com. Recently I have become a huge fan of Skrillex, aka Sonny Moore, Jr, and I’ve downloaded a lot of his songs. He is an amazing DJ/dubstep creator, and a few of my favorite songs by him are Imma Try it Out ft. Alvin Wild, Scatta ft. Bare Noize and Foreign Beggars, Breakin a Sweat ft. The Doors, and Kyoto ft. Sirah. I am also a fan of Knife Party, and especially like the songs Bonfire and Sleaze ft. MistaJam. If you haven’t listened to dubstep before, you should totally try it out. It helps if you have quality headphones, like Beats, Bose, or Urbanears. Anyway, give dubstep a try, and adios!

Recently I acquired a pair of Beats Mixr headphones by Dre. They are amazing quality, and I greatly enjoy listening to them. I love the amount of bass they have. Even if you’re listening to a low quality song, it sounds fit for a king. They are great all-around headphones, and even though I’m not a DJ, I think these are perfect. They are not cheap, but they’re not as pricey as the Studios or Pros. They’re about $250. They’re worth it, though. If you go to Best Buy, some Best Buys have a section where you can try different headphones and listen to music. Look for the Mixrs there and try them on. Happy listening!

Hey people. I have been very busy on Instagram. I just got one. Anyway, how was your Halloween? Get any candy? Leave a comment below saying how much candy you got. I got 114 pieces (that were gluten free, anyway.) I’m excited because the new Minecraft PE update is coming. They’re adding paintings, glowstone, a Nether Machine, melons, and mushroom farming. The update will probably come out in a couple days. Follow me on Instagram @cyrusdunz and have a great day!

Today I’m doing another app review. It’s for the app Dropbox, which is on the app store (yay!) Is your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad slow? Back up your photos to Dropbox! With this nifty app, you can save all your photos to an online database that is password protected and absolutely safe. I did the camera upload and deleted my photos off my iPod, and I freed up half my memory! You can have more room for new apps and music. To do this you have to make a Dropbox account, but it’s absolutely free! This app helps solve you phone storage problems.
Adios!

Drums FTW!!!

Drums are an awesome instrument. I love to just drum along to music, and I don’t have a set beat. I just improvise whatever I want. My playlist consists of Eminem, Skrillex, B.o.B, and Green Day. Hip-hop is great to drum along to because you can do whatever you want as long as it’s the same tempo. It’s very relaxing, contrary to what you might think, to drum along to Eminem because his songs don’t have a complicated part. On the other hand, if you want something that will make you sweat, definitely try Green Day. You have to react really fast, especially if you haven’t paid attention to the drum line of the song before. I like to mix it up, with an even balance of relaxing and difficult drum lines. Add in some dubstep for a random change. Every dubstep song is different. I also like to drum along to PSY’s Gangnam Style, (you probably know this, Beanz introduced it to me) because it has awesome fills and relaxing beats. So, yeah, if you don’t play the drums, you probably don’t know what I’m talking about. Consider listening to the beats next time you put on your favorite song, and you might be able to understand. Thanks for reading!

Hello once again audience! See, I have this disease. It’s called celiac. It means you can’t eat gluten. You might know what gluten is, but if you don’t, here it is in a nutshell. It comes from wheat, barley, and rye. I’m also attempting to write a book on it. Here’s a little excerpt from it:
This “disease” makes it so whenever you eat gluten, which is what you might call a “protein” (I can’t really think of a synonym here) that comes from wheat, barley, rye, and certain types of oats, your small intestine has a bad reaction and you get stomachaches. Also, you’re not able to digest your food fully so your body doesn’t absorb nutrition from foods. This stops you from fully growing. (Translation: Gluten makes you short.)
Like it? Anyway, I just wanted to raise awareness about this disease. Thanks!

Hey guys! Today I’ll be starting a new series of posts (weekly or biweekly) called App Reviews. I’ll be reviewing various iOS apps. Some will be from the AppStore, some from Cydia (the alternative app store, as you might remember from my earlier post on jailbreaking.) Today I’ll be reviewing the app iFile which is unfortunately from Cydia, so all you “I hate jailbreaking” sort of people, this app is not for you. 😦 So, let’s cut to the chase. iFile is a file manager that lets you switch files around on your device. If you have a computer, you have one pre-installed. You might not even know it! On Windows, it is called “My Computer” or “Computer.” On Mac, it’s “Finder.” There is also a Finder app from Cydia, but I prefer iFile. You can add texture packs and skins to Minecraft PE, change high-scores on games, or change text files of apps so they read other things. These are just a few of the endless possibilities. You can do virtually anything (if you can figure it out, that is.) So, yeah, this was my first app review. Hope you enjoyed it! Plus, from now on I’m gonna be posting daily (hopefully!) So, thanks for viewing!

Cute, right? Also, I discovered minecraft!! It’s the best game ever! (Best game ever..) I have tons of buildings and just awesomeness in general. I play minecraft Pocket Edition more than the PC version, and I’m working on a castle that I will post in later updates. Anyway, I’m just glad that I’ve finally gotten back on track!
Peace off-

Hey, guys, what’s up? You probably don’t know this, but tomorrow is the day I bought my website a year ago. August 1st, 2011. 364 days have passed since I got dunzkapp.com, and I just renewed it. ($26 per year… Groan.) Anyway, I just wanted to announce it to anyone who’s still listening! Thanks for reading dunzkapp.com, which is celebrating its first birthday!
